Running in 15 degree weather and snow seems unbearable and like it happened a long time ago. At the same time, running in 85 degree weather seems equally unbearable and distant. Deep thoughts for a Tuesday morning.
Is there a place where it is always 45-55 degrees and sunny with a slight breeze?

Somehow this was more exhausting than last week’s 20.
Passover induced lack of carbs all week?
3 weeks out, could start the taper but might squeeze in another long run.
4 Weeks out from my second Marathon.
Cut back to 13 next weekend, another 20 or 22 mile run and taper into the race on 5/6.
Pretty flat today, maybe next long one has some Hillz.
This weekend’s long run occurs during Passover, which I generally observe.
I think there will be a little bending of the rules on Saturday, 20 without Gu can’t be a good idea. Unless I can get my hands on some honey sticks…
